Well... today I decided to colour my hair a rather vibrant shade of plum... and I absolutely hate it!!! why oh why oh why can't I just leave my hair alone... why do I spend hours upon hours obsessing over the colour of my hair??
Tomorrow I will pop into town and buy some hair stripper! and maybe a hat :)

no more sugar for me as from tomorrow... promise!
Tomorrow will be the start of a new beginning for me... no more sugar!
I have come to the conclusion that sugar is evil... EVIL! it gives me ulcers on my tongue, makes me irritable, lethargic, gives me bad skin and makes my hair fall out. I can't go on being a food addict... I'm 5 stone overweight and that is through pure love of all things sweet...
Tomorrow morning I shall weigh myself (die from shame) and then eat a healthy breakfast :)
